Heightening is Where the Fun IsInstructor: Nick Armstrong
Great improv isn’t just about starting strong—it’s about taking things further, deeper, and weirder in the best possible way. In this workshop, we’ll explore how to heighten scenes and characters to their fullest potential. Whether it’s amplifying emotions, escalating game, or discovering new dimensions of a character, heightening is the key to keeping scenes dynamic, surprising, and—most importantly—fun!
This workshop is all about making bold choices and committing to them. You’ll walk away with a sharper sense of how to heighten in ways that energize both you and your scene partners. Let’s stop playing it safe—let’s go big, weird, and hilarious!
